Review: leaking tank

i bought usha josh 25lt geyser in 2006, it worked quite well for a year but very next year it started leaking. on getting it checked by mechanic, i was told that its tank is leaking.i lodged the complaint with authorised repairing center in ghaziabad(navyug market)and was told that tanks are out of stock,later after 4 months i again called up service center, this time somehow they managed to change the tank and replaced it with new one but to my surprise, the moment they fixed the geyser over the wall, it again started leaking. i am totally zapped with unprofessional attitude and cheap and poor quality tanks.How come such a reputed company is lousy and indifferent in attitude to customer,s complaint?

I have been using water heater previously but it become little uneasy for us so we thought to buy a geyser. Then thought which is the best Bajaj, Philips or Usha. Well, I was little confused since these are the branded one. And as I trust these, I compared the price. I read many reviews also before buying Usha JOSH 25L. Geysers. I asked most of my friends also, all said about Usha JOSH 25L. Geysers, that it is good in quality as well as in performance. So I made up my mind to buy Usha geyser of 25 litres. Well, I went to the market and bought Usha JOSH 25L. Geysers for Rs.4600/- Amm, while getting it fixed, the geyser fitted perfectly in the old hooks. It was such a relief coz otherwise I would have to get my bathroom tiles drilled again and fill in the existing ones with a rough coat of cement. The plumber was amazed to find the exact fitment and it was a nice surprise. It has a special paint finish to protect against corrosion. Overall, I like the performance, durability and features.

I have been using Usha JOSH 25L. Geysers from last 3 years and had a very good experience using till date. I bought it for Rs. 4300/- from Camp, New Delhi. It has a special paint finish to protect against corrosion with stainless steel tank. A built-in pressure relief valve regulates pressure level inside the geyser. It has a variable temperature control, we use according to our need and choice. Well, till date I didnt have any problem. I would recommend you all to use Usha products. I have a good experience. The heating time is pretty fast in comparison to other heaters. Only one thing I didnt like is the sound, strange noise while heating. I told the service boy also but they said that it is normal.

Usha JOSH 25L. Geysers make water heat quickly. I purchased it with the suggestion of my friend. This product performance is nice. I think it not consumes more more power to make the water heat.The shape of the geaser is good. I think the price of this product is realiable.
