Usha JOSH 25L. Geysers Review
i bought usha josh 25lt geyser in 2006, it worked quite well for a year but very next year it started leaking. on getting it checked by mechanic, i was told that its tank is leaking.i lodged the complaint with authorised repairing center in ghaziabad(navyug market)and was told that tanks are out of stock,later after 4 months i again called up service center, this time somehow they managed to change the tank and replaced it with new one but to my surprise, the moment they fixed the geyser over the wall, it again started leaking. i am totally zapped with unprofessional attitude and cheap and poor quality tanks.How come such a reputed company is lousy and indifferent in attitude to customer,s complaint?
