Maruti Suzuki Alto LXi - BS III Review

I purchased an Alto LXI about a year back changing my Maruti 800. The reason behind my purchasing this car was 1. Maruti gave excellent after sales service last year. 2. most of the time I remain in the car alone so size doesnt matter. 3. Parking is a big problem in city , it takes small space. 4. Heard it is fuel economical.

The only doubt was as it is a 800 cc car how will be AC?

To my surprise, i got more than what I expected! Power steering and A/C is fabulous.I never turned my AC more than 2 points even in hottest summer. Engine never hiccuped! handling is superb! The service of Maruti is even better than before.

In city with the AC on i get a milage betewen 12 to 13 Km /liter. But in long drive in a so so road in summer with AC on with 4 persons in the car I got 19 km / litre!! more than what the company claim.
