Yes it is unniversal truth that yoga do have positive effect on body and mind.If it is demostrated by a celebrity like Shilpa it can get more attractions. Also the cost of the CD is Rs 319/- which is affordable by average person.If a person is lazy and not used to do yoga then he can be prepared to do yoga with this CD. If spending 319 and name of Shilpa can bring activeness and happiness in the lazy human being nothing like that then the purpose of yoga is fulfilled.
