Sun Direct To Home Services Review
I am using Sun direct since last one year.Earlier I was using TATA SKY ( which i got in company apartment). I found TATA sky offers much better facilities as compared to Sun Direct like active gaming. Worst thing is they have provided game feature on remote,but it will not work. When i enquired to customer care they replied we have three types of set top box of different brand,Price of all are same, but only one of them have game facility. Now it was my hard luck i got wrong set top box.
What you will ask ,when buying a set top box. You will say to dealer," i want a Sun DTH connection." It is dealers duty to give different options if they are same priced.
Similiarly where limited channels are available in different language most of the popular .
You will see " no signal" message many times, even at this time 2:47 PM,26th july 2010 ,this message is on screen.
