I am using Sun direct since last one year.Earlier I was using TATA SKY ( which i got in company apartment). I found TATA sky offers much better facilities as compared to Sun Direct like active gaming. Worst thing is they have provided game feature on remote,but it will not work. When i enquired to customer care they replied we have three types of set top box of different brand,Price of all are same, but only one of them have game facility. Now it was my hard luck i got wrong set top box.

Indias most using home DTH is Sun Direct. It is very low monthly subscription. And its clarity is very good. Its cover almost all channels including sports channel, Movie Channels etc. I like it very much. I am recommended my all friends to purchase Sun Direct. |

Good: Highly Value for money. less expensive
Bad: Bad customer support
Over all the features of Sun Direct Home are really awsome. But only thing i dont like is there customer support. In some places such as the house which are not centralised in the city gets very poor customer support. It took 2 days to get the reciever repaired for me, while in other location the personnel get it repaired within the same day evening.
It is noones fault but the culprit is the network of the retailers having technicians. |

Bad: due to satellite problem and service
Sun direct DTH was the best product since 2 years long ago but now a days still it is not working effectively and no one can interest to purchase this product. Generate low picture quality and low backward old features compare to other private services.
Sun direct relay less channels due to satellite problem, it has not recover yet. Disappoint the holders. No relay the radio channels. List of channels not display the favorite channels and no good and fast service provided. Why because iam the user of ...
