This program does what it is made for - managing changes made by any software to your system. It is very easy to use and understand (apart from the settings file).
The good:
1) Tracks changes made to your system.
2) Very easy to use
3) Free: It nags you to register but it is free to use.
4) It is pretty useful if you want to try new programs.
5) Options to run your default browser, email client etc. directly.
The bad:
1) No offline help, no that you need it anyway.
