Lemon Grass at Raintree, Chennai Review
The cute porcelain at the Lemon Grass, with the water cup with a single blooming flower in it, the tall bamboo shoots make up the "very" Oriental Lemon Grass look and feel "more" authentic.
With an open kitchen, Lemon Grass serves some of the most authentic chinese food. The steamed dimsums (take a while to make) but can be a good starter. The Chicken satay allows for the next best option
Move to the usual fried rice and chicken gravies, they are yummy and low on spice. What makes you want to visit Lemon Grass is that you believe you are eating authentic Chinese as the ambience does not make you think otherwise.
The Lemon Grass does have a few desserts to choose from.....however I might want to avoid the desserts here
The friendly staff also makes the visit a pleasant one.
