Bad: the ambience could be improved, the service could be faster
You wont get the feel of entering into an eat out if you are a first time visitor to this place. But the food they serve will make you come back again and again to this place. In the HotSpot their fast food restaurant, in which you can eat standing, you get sambar vada (the tastiest ever I have had), Oothappam etc. If you want a quick grab, then choose this outdoor restaurant and even with Rs. 50 you can have a satisfied meal. Good: The sambhar
Bad: Not yet discovered!
I headed to this restaurant to try out the highly rated dosas and sambhar. When you look at it from outside, it is not all appealing and would not attract the diner looking for a fancy dining establishment especially one who is extra-hygiene-conscious! The premises does include an air conditioned restaurant, but the best way to enjoy the food here is to join the diners in the outer section and eat while standing at the tall round steel tables.
