This Hitachi-Quadricool 2.0 RAV024EMDZ1, 2-ton Air Conditioner with a Reciprocating compressor, has an energy efficiency ratio (EER) of 10.0. EER is the ratio of the cooling capacity of the unit with the Electricity consumption of the unit.
If the unit has a ratio of 10 or more it is said to be a good buy.
This unit has 3 fan speeds available and so it is easy to adjust in the cooler nights as per your need.
It has Digital temperature control with auto restart and an anti corrosion body. the galvanised steel body can be maintained easily as it has anti corrosion properties.
The Air Conditioner comes with a remote control and features like Sleep Mode, My Mode with 3 personalized temperature settings
It's twin air delivery system ensures uniform cooling in the room. So be sure that you need this 2 tonne AC for your bedroom. If the room is smaller then 1.5 tonne AC should be enough for you. A 2 tonne one may prove costly
A larger AC than what is required will prove costly because it cools quickly switching on and off at short intervals. It will make the room unpleasantly cold and humid. So choose a correct sized one based on your floor area.
It has got a years warranty and the after sales service is also said to be very good.
