Hero Honda Karizma is a very stylish Bike with black alloy die-cast wheels dual light tailpiece, front indicators, the fairing, silencer unit, stepped up seat, panel shapes and new yellow black instrument binnacle. The tank doesnt look big but can hold 15 litres of fuel. The trapezoidal headlamp unit in the front and the guide lamps look superb and the Illumination is very brilliant which is unmatched by any bike in our country. These are connected directly to the battery and so will be a boon in the night. The seat gives you the best possible seating on the bike for the rider but the pillion could have been a little more longer and comfortable. The front shock absorbers do a wonderful job damping the vibrations even when you are in a long journey. The seat gives you enough back support and makes you feel comfortable and the rear ones are just perfect for the Indian road conditions like potholes and speed breakers. Long wheel base supports stability at every sppe and the run in is also excellant. The way the suspension is set up and mated with the single downtube conventional frame is also excellent. This Hero honda Karizma comes with 17BHP 223cc single cylinder engine and the company is known for their engines through out the world. The shift lever has a 1 down 4 up sports-bike like shift pattern. The motor never shows tiring or slowing down and the power of the bike never seems to get less. Karizmas mileage figures depend on how it is ridden. One is not supposed to open the throttle and drive away to glory.the gear shifts should be gradual and a smooth driving style with minimal gear shifts will give you the best mileage and fuel economy.
