With electronic touch controls and 10 different power level we can cook anything. You can cook dals at medium heat levels in a slow way and obtain them cooked with their flavors intact. You can cook vegetables at maximum power and thereby lock their minerals and vitamins. Dals especially the small ones get cooked to the right perfect consistency that they can be used as fillings in samosas and also in modhakas. For cooking heavy ones you should soak them and it takes a longer time to cook on the microwave. It is better to pressure cook them. The price is on the higher end. It costs about seven hundred and above dollars in the international market and I do not know how much it will be here.
