Airtel Direct To Home Review Service is the most important thing with DTH or Telecom. Coming to Airtel it is the most pathetic service i have ever seen or experienced. Stinky thieves they are. I have called up airtel digital tv customer care for a technical snag which makes only 20 channels are broadcasted while the rest of them are blocked and the error code says: SM1. which the airtel customer care executives and technicians are clueless about.
Neither they have rectified my problem or replaced the set top box. i have missed the world cup for continuous 7 days. they have raised a complaint 2 times and even the technicians visit also they have not done any thing. and the call center agents are the most idiotic people i have seen. i have asked to talk to their manager and after several call and disconnections, i made to talk to Ms Uma who is said the manager who promised that the issue will be resolved with in 2 working days, which never happened and when called to the customer care and asked to connect me back to Ms Uma they have connected to some other lady who is poor at her communication and not Uma and pretends to be her. Guys those who r planning to take any airtel product please i am telling you they are the biggest thieves in this market. their telecom business is even worse. They are robbing the nation with unwanted value adder services like caller tunes and alerts etc, especially the rural india as they are less likely to call to customer care. Guys you will die dogs death if you cheat people.
