Bajaj Discover DTS-i 135 cc Review


This is my third bike from the bajaj family. The first being discover 125 and the second XCD 125. I purchased the new bajaj discover 135 sports on the 30th of September 2008. Till date done 30400 Kms. Average running per day is 100-150 Kms per day. Riding from Pune to Ranjangaon and from Pune to Mumbai. Never in the cities. Consistently on the highways. Getting average of 45-46 Kms per liter which is way below expectations. Also the chain makes a tapping noise which has not been cleared by the service center. Comfort and control wise, there seems to be no problem. No starting problem. The only hindrance is the mileage which should be 50 and above for the kind of road that I m travelling. Service has been as per schedule but still no changes.
