Bajaj Discover DTS-i 135 cc Review Bajaj Discover DTS-i 135 cc has a sleek and trendy look. It gives the mileage of about 55kmpl. It gets all black treatment to its engine, exhaust pipe, suspensions and its alloy wheels. Meanwhile it also gets "Gas Filled" rear shocks which are absent from the 112 and 125 cc Discovers. The new 135 CC Discover also seems to have a broader rear tyre than its lower cc bikes
Pickup is great, no vibration, no chain noise, engine is smooth, no gear problem. The suspensions are really great. The sporty looking chain cover is nice.Shape and positioning of the seat is beautiful and comforable to ride .Alloy wheel is a good treatment. Instead of putting more money on Dtsi, they should concentrate on getting hi tech puncture resistant tyre technology. They says spark engine will make your engine strong. You will get moderately good power as well as milage both in this segment. The bike is good for long drives also. But you will feel it that this bike is not fit to run beyond 70. But if you don't mind that then its OK. if you are not a long distance traveler, for shorter distance like travel inside the city limits this bike is good. its seat is almost flat seat unlike many other bikes in this categoryhaving step-seats, which are although good for young generation because of very obvious advantages but for a family with kid..flat seat is much better. For tall guys, you may feel your knees are just touching the curve on tank and you may not be comfortable with that. Since they removed the chain cover to make a sporty look, there is no chain noise. Lookwise it rocking. There is slight noice in geer shifting from 2nd to3rd that should be improved. Its fully value for money but an average bike.I would suggest go in for 125cc as I don't see any impressive feature in 135cc. But if you ask me if it's worth the 50k.
