LG WD-10165TP Review
I purchased this machine in March 2006. This machine had a problem right from day 1 of purchase. The machine frequently use to give me PE Error. The troubleshooting manual describes this as a problem related to water valve, and to contact the service center to resolve this. Ive had this problem for almost 20 months, since I purchased this machine till about Dec2007. There has been more than 10 visits by the service agent to resolve this problem, they replaced pressure valve, the electronic boards and so on. But the problem resurfaced every time. Finally they took the machin for servicing in their workshop and never returned it.
Now they are offering me a replacement. I"m not sure how this problem is going to go away anytime now. Please do not buy this machine and go through this mental torture. You have better machine in the market: IFB and Siemens. LG is definitely should not be a preference when it comes to washing machines.
