Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 Review
This is not their smallest camera, but it is aimed at users who are looking for a great experience with HD video, proper lighting, and great sound from an integrated microphone. The video quality is very nice. WEll, these webcam work on pretty standard technologies so almost any third party software you choose should be able to work with your QuickCam. For example, Skype can use the QuickCam's video and audio.
Probably, I can't speak for specific software titles, but for the most part you should be fine with what is in your mind. Well, I am waiting for the price to drop on the current Quickcam Pro 9000 before purchasing.
