its opertaing system is windows 6.1,internal memory is 25 mb ,expandable upto 2gb,but works with 4 gb also,but processor is slow,cam is excellent.no infra red port,java enabled,you can flash it with windows 6.5 .applications are good.but one bad thing its touch screen stops working after six months,even after changing new one works only six months only.
