| | The Nokia E5 is a Smartphone with qwerty keypad, who's usage demands a phone which can handle E-mail well, SNS addicts and it is a perfectly value for money product with no negotiation on features. Nevertheless I suppose the E5 is not considered for exactness, the target audience for the phone might love the factor of the phone. Though E5 is low screen resolution and lower number of colors, but still I consider it's worth the buy. It has no extraordinary aspect, however not anything actually lacking. I can't even find any commendable QWERTY substitutes to this phone at the given price and features. The call quality was brilliant from what I have used before. The mono speakers at the back are loud enough only except for 3G reception, which is simply not satisfactory. And as usual one exclusive feature about Nokia phones, that is the battery life. This phone is no less, with heavy usage of WiFi, MP3, PUSH Email it'll easily live for around a day and half.
Nokia E5 is an elegant Smart phone with very good features, which aims corporate people that are also into the social networking services thingy. The handset is an all-rounder as it performs very well in all areas.
Once connecting the USB cable, youll be able to prefer among five modes: PC Suite, Mass storage, Media transfer, Image transfer and Connect PC to web. All five of them are instinctive and easy to use. The process of synching is very fast, browsing and transfers are made very quickly between phone and PC. The keypad contains a couple of functional shortcuts too. Theres one to turn Bluetooth on and off, a mute button, and if you long press the space bar, the cameras LED light, hidden on the back of the casing.
E5 is brightly designed, those curved edges experience relaxed to hold. Maybe you'll miss a touch screen on the E5. The screen is attractive if you want a touch screen handset with QWERTY keyboard, you are recommended to buy the newer Nokia E6 which integrates the two.
