Lotus is a Thai Restaurant located at the Park Hotel, CHENNAI. The restaurant is known for its serene ambience and relaxing meal. The interiors of the hotel display a Thai ambience with drapes similar to rich monk's robes.
Each table is decorated with a Lotus flower in the center. With regular foreign clientele, Lotus definitely touches now heights. The food is served in clay pots, that's I believe the specialty of this restaurant. The concept was brought it seems by their chef Prakob, which overall looks very very innovative.
The menu serves a wide range of dishes, in every category namely veggies, meat, poultry and sea food. The non-vegetarian starters are fantastic, especially the Shredded Chicken with dash of mushroom. The soups are appetizing and so is the main course. I would definitely rate it 4 by 5.
