Tiger Trail is a Terrace Restaurant located at the Royal Orchid Hotel, Pune. The restaurant serves Indian Food in an open air ambience. The restaurant offers spacious sit-outs along with a live kitchen.
The best part about this live kitchen is that you get a chance of interacting with the Chef and create some unusual meal. This interaction can be done at the live counter called Open Hearth. The interiors of Tiger Trail resemble the typical forest lodges.
The food is great with some great Indian recipes. The specialties of the Tiger Trail Restaurant being the Chingri Malai Curry (Prawns cooked in creamy gravy, Bengali dish) and Fish Tawa Masala. The restaurant offers a great ambience and serves some good meal. The service lacks though. Only if the service would have been good the restaurant would be left flawless. What you need to do is order food right away as soon as you enter the restaurant so that you arent left starved. I would rate this restaurant 3 by 5, losing stars only for its service I guess.
