| | I was sick of using the Sumeet Mixer then exchanged it to Ricco Mixer. But the batter for Idli, Dosa and Vada were not turning out very well. I was afraid of buying any conventional Wet Grinder because of the space it occupies and the noise generated during operation.
Finally I bought a Butterfly -Cute Table Top wet grinder, in my favorite Maroon colour with 3 roller stones assembly. With a lid covering the stainless steel drum.
Aata kneader and coconut scraper was there as attachments. One red color spatula was also provided.
It is very cute and fits on a small table. Not too heavy to move. Easy to use. No noise when grinding. I am relaxed now. Once I leave the grinder on with rice and dal, I can relax for the next 20 minutes. In between just a check up for water content is necessary. Thats all. The quantity and quality of the batter is superb.
Next day, Steaming hot fluffy idlis are ready. Dosas also come out very well and crispy . Atta kneading is good. I have not yet used the coconut scraper.
Power consumption is also remarkably less.
I am happy to be the proud owner of a Table Top - 3 stone -Butterfly Wet grinder.
