The Canon iR305 copier needs quite a bit of space as it is a tall floor-standing model. An interesting feature is its security feature. Access can be controlled via a password, so others cannot misuse the machine or use it to copy sensitive documents on the sly.
The copier is easy to use due to its large touchscreen and alerts warn you if a paper gets jammed inside or the toner ink is at a low level. A software enables you to access it via your desktop too. Whether you want single page documents or multiple page booklets, the accessibility and handling is good.
You can also scan and email documents quickly. When not in use, the copier goes into standby mode. As for prints, these are clear and fairly good quality.
