| | For a very long time, whenever we wanted to have a big family get together, the very first restarutant that comes to our mind is this Woodlands Mathura. Located in Tarapore Towers, this restaurant is a multicuisine vegetarian restaurant. Though it had been a long time since we had been there, I still remember the times we had our party there in this place.
The food that is served is not too hot or spicy. Up to the mark and one can say that you get a homely food there. I am a great fan of their Rumali Roti and Navarathna Korma. The waiters are always courteous and they are ready to help you with the dishes that have been added new to the menu.
They have some specials when it comes to Thalis apart from the regular north and south Indian, they have Rajasthani, Jain and Gujarathi Thalis. Though you will always find the place extremely crowded, I have been told that they dont take reservations.
In the first instance if you have a look at the ambience, you will think that the tables are placed haphazardly, but one can be assuered that you will be arranged tables for even 20 to 30 people. Those tables you look at are the extra tables that they use to arrange for the extra tables.
What more there is the roof garden, plesant to hold any kind of parties. A restaurant not to be missed.
