This software will almost never be used by the casual user, only programmers, geeks and/or enthusiasts are its target audience. I was able to install Zenwalk ,ubuntu, Opne SUSE, Linux Mint, FreeDOS etc. I havent tried to install any Windows version but the help file provided shows screenshots of Vista running in a virtual environment.
The Good: 1) Free. 2) For an experienced user the settings are easy to use. 3) Wide range of OSes supported. 4) One of the few free fully functional virtualization softwares around. 5) Clean interface. 6) Does not propogate Guest OS crash to the Host OS.
The bad: 1) Certain new OSes dont work (particularly Fedora 10). I beleive a workaround is possible, I am still trying.
