| | On a stroll during one of our shopping sprees in T.Nagar we came across this restaurant, located just opposite to Somasundaram Park and behind Prasanth Real towers. We were first reluctant to venture there as the place was extremely crowded. But on enquiry we came to know that we can book our tables in advance. Now that we were told that this is a veg and non-veg restaurant, we didnot bother much as by now we have got used to such places.
The attraction of this place is that, you can grill your own kebabs with your favourite dressings on your own table. A vareity of veg and non-veg starters are there to choose from, apart from the buffet dinner. The panner and corn starters were too good to resist along with the sauces and chutney that accompanied it. After the starters and vegetable dip all other items will not be served on the table and you have to make trips to the buffet spread to fill your plate. There were 5 different types of salads, and soup. Plain rice, Briyani and naan with two different side dishes. The deserts and the pastas were also good. May be they could make the dishes a bit more spicy. (Chennaities are known to eat spicy food).
You will be dissappointed by the service of the servers, if you expect them to serve everything on your table. Also beware, you might not have your plate on your table if you go for a second helping of soup or for any other stuff. Better go in a group and not single.
You can go once, just to taste the starters and the pasta.
