Every Kolkata babu is familiar to the fried fish in mustard sauce and the Tibetian momos.....so why Mainland China. well coz it serves the most tasty sea food that every kolkata babu will find tempting.....
the Dry Fry Chilli Fish or Crab Toast With Nuts can be a perfect starter. For your veggie friends, Crispy Chilli Potatoes, can be a good choice
With the starters finishing the moment it is served, its tasty and hot and crisp, the taste buds now begin searching for the Crabmeat Steamed Or Braised In Pepper Garlic Sauce or Stir Fried Prawns In Spicy Chilli Sauce with a portion of sea food fried rice. Come on my veggies, smile a little for there is no reason to despair when you take a look at the Broccoli, Corn And Water Chestnuts In Chilli Garlic Sauce with veggie hakka noodles or the veg fried rice
now when your mouths are busy with the food, you could request the staff to give you a pair of chopsticks for you to try your luck and get some noodles in your mouth-the chinese way. I suggest that the chopsticks not be used for rice eating unless you are a pro at it, coz you may end yo spending a longer time than anticipated at the eatery.
The date pan cake or the Lychees with ice cream can be quite a smart choice for one to wave goodbye to the Mainland China promising a fast return in a fortnight to this place that well deserves the accolades and awards for treating us with some good food.....
