Chinese food is an option if you love the taste and also if you want to feel light after eating heavy!!! Mainland China which serves quality chinese food is absolutely no let down to the school of thought mentioned above Housed in the Tulip Aruna building, its always better to call and reserve your table before you choose to come, coz its always full (especially the weekend) Stepping into the interiors of Mainland China and your ears will hear the Chinese instrumental music and your eyes will feast on some lovely Chinese paintings. The menu is extremely comprehensive, but hey wait....if you want a mug of beer or some wine you can get them from the beverage menu. The dimsum platter is quite commendable a choice if you love dimsums or wontons. The main course is very Chinese with the steamed fish (may b they can reduce the ginger in its), the Hakka or Schezwan noodles and the Lamb gravy. Yes the delicacy of Mainland China is the Drunken Chicken In Shaoxiang Wine with steamed rice. The servings are quite filling though you may not want to share if you are hungry:) The sizzling brownie with vanilla ice cream may not be the authentic Chinese finish to the dinner, but with it being tasty, who cares???!! Just to give you the Chinese way of bidding adieu to your dinner, try the Chinese green tea which is refreshing, hot and healthy A good dinner for 2 along with the beverage should cost Rs 950-Rs 1200
