Hungry at 4pm and all eateries shut...head straight to Cafe Picasso at Anna nagar
A quaint place with some imitations of Picasso hanging on the wall, this cafe gives you a feel of a quiet place except for an occasional 2 yr old screaming at him for not buying him the delicious looking black forest pastry
If you are very hungry there are some bakery products available at the racks which are ready to heat and eat. They include some chicken hot dogs, paneer buns, veggie buns, chicken sausage rolls and some muffins.
Dinner rolls and breads (white and brown breads) are available at the racks
If you have a sweet tooth head towards the pastry display window which houses some of the most tempting chocolate truffle, strawberry gateaux and butter scotch delight. Coupled with a fresh lime juice this will seem a little filling.
However, if you wish to browse the continental menu, it starts with the salads are meant for health freaks
Next to the very healthy sandwiches the chicken sandwich with mayonaise and shredded chicken is quite a filler, the veggies sandwich is decent
The fajitas to be pronounced as fa-hi-tas is a full meal by itself served with garlic bread and some potatoes. The chicken fajita is tasty and it tastes well, even when the chef makes it without cheese and butter, for a health freak like me.
The cottage cheese priazo is a must have for all the cheese lovers....
