| | An entry level phone from Nokia which comes with a monochrome screen. The key pad is made of silicon which helps in easy usage. The entire phone is made of non slip material. The phones top is enriched with a torch that allows the user to make shift the mobile as a torch light when there is no or less light. The battery life of Nokia 1100 is simply great for a basic phone. It gives 5 hours of talk time. The fonts can be changed according to the users taste. The phone book of the phone can store upto 50 important phone numbers. The user can create message distribution lists. Picture messaging is another feature of this phone. The date can be set as screen savers. The alarms can be set and so are the reminders. The stop watch and count down timer are highly useful in this basic model phone. Though monochrome, the screen savers can be animated. The keypad of the phone locks automatically. The phone comes with monochrome ringtones, the composer can compose 6 other different tones. The phone is a dual band phone and it weighs very light in weight.
