The BlackBerry® Storm™ 9500 is a gorgeous, smooth and curvaceous silver coloured edges is an elegantly styled handset. This comes with a touch screen and is quite heavy at 155 grams, with measurements 14mm deep, 62.2mm wide & 112.5mm tall. This phone comes with a fully rechargeable battery and can provide 51/2 hours of talktime which again depends on the other gfeatures used. The battery provides 360 hours of standby time when you are not using it.
It has a 3.2 " screen with high resolution display with which you can enjoy the user friendly menu and the qwerty keyboard. You can input numbers and and text using touch screen controls. This phone has another feature as auto rotate and multi tap input for typing out messages. You can use the organiser and the calender features to plan your appointments and dates with ease and style.
The 3G HSDPA technology allows you multitasking skills, like you can be on a call and at the same time be sending a message to your friend or associate. The 3G technology has high speed Internet connectivity & fast speed data transfer with other compatible devices. You can transfer files between their Smartphone & other devices like personal computer, laptop, PDA & printer using either a cabled USB connection or by using a wireless Bluetooth® technology between devices which are ten metres away. The 3G Smartphone comes with 128MB of Flash type memory plus 1GB of on board memory. and can be expanded upto 8GB witha micoSD card slot.
You can listen to music playback from as many music formats MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, WMA & WMA ProPlus.
You can record voice, music & sound clips with the built in microphone. You can also keep adding & changing your ringing tone to suitas per your taste. You can collect and store MP3 & polyphonic ringing tones.
You can use a 3.2 mp digital camera to quickly and easily capture a still picture or a video recording with a clear & high quality performance as the camera includes an auto focus feature and flash.
You can access & surf the Web using the integrated HTML web Browser, to find out information, access services & enjoy your favourites site. The BlackBerry® Storm™ 9500 is compatible with social network web sites. You can communicate by using the email service, instant messaging service, multimedia messaging service & a text messaging service available on the smartphone. You can send & receive emails directly which include document attachments too.The instant messaging service allows you to communicate with yourcontacts who are online at the same time just like online chat. MMS alloows you to share pictures and video clippings through compatible devices.
