I am always looking for a good toner which can soften my skin. Revlon Absolute C - Radiance Moisture Toner sounds good to me, I especially liked the fact that it could wake up tired skin. Upon application, it leaves a velvety feel to your skin but it does not over-saturate your skin with moisture – which is good and your skin feels soft to touch after using it, since my skin still has acne breakout scars this toner does not help to lighten the scars but I thought to give my skin a break from using whitening products might help. As every body know Revlon is famous for its make up. I would recommend this toner to those who have normal skin and is looking for a mid-range toner. Because youre worth it!
