I have been using Integra 26" LCD by Videocon, but in my honest opinion, it lacks in almost all fields. To start from :
a) My new television set actually stopped functioning ( no image) within 2 months of purchase. After 100s of phone calls and lot of harassment I was able to get my set replaced by videocon authorities. Their after service is real bad.
b) When one starts the TV set, there is a lag of almost 4-5 seconds before it displays anything on the screen. In that period if you press some buttons like volume increase/decrease, the TV set hangs. And important thing is that it is perfectly reproducible issue (i.e its not just once in a while thing).
c) Its speakers are pathetic. The bass is always so high that you are not able to decipher many dialouges. This issue gets aggravated when one is watching English movies where one needs to have a little extra clear voice in order to get the dialouges spoken by the Hollywood actors :)
d) One big disaster is that the set does not have a headphone jack. The ony possible way to use headphones is to connect the TC speackers to some external speakers and then utilize the externals speakers hedphone jack.
e) Earlier, one could think of going for videocon because of the competitive price it used to offer vis-a-vis other brands. But now videocon has even lost that edge with several reputed brands ( like SONY..) slashing its prices.
Overall I will never recommend somebodu buyinh Integra 26" LCD, Videocon.
