By air
The nearest airport for Bhimtal is Pantanagar, around 55 km away. Pantanagar receives regular flights from Delhi. The other airport to reach Jungaliagaon is Delhi Airport, around 350 km and Dehradun Airport, located 400 km from Bhimtal. From here, one can get a private taxi or bus service to reach Jungaliagaon.
By rail
The nearest rail station is Kathgodam Station, around 23 km from Bhimtal, where one can reach by two train options, the Ranikhet Express and Uttaranchal Express. These two trains ply daily from Old Delhi. From Kathgodam Station, you have an option of taking taxi and reaching Bhimtal.
By road
Bhimtal can be accessed by bus or taxi via Nainital or Kathgodam. Private taxis are available from these two places. There are regular bus services from Delhi, Nanital and Kathgodam to Bhimtal.
