 The Sony NEX-3, like the Sony NEX-5, is the first interchangeable lens camera to offer movie recording. It supports HD movie recording in MP4 format you can easily post images/videos on blogs or video-sharing websites.
The interchangeable lens of the Sony NEX-3 camera provides superior image quality for both still photos and moving images. You have a wide range of lenses to choose from: E-mount lens for wide-angle, standard zoom, high power zoom shooting, and optional ultra-wide angle and fisheye converters. In addition, there is an optional mount adaptor which allows you to easily make use of the entire range of Sony alpha system A-mount lens, including the digital SLR lens lineup.
A unique feature of the Sony NEX-3 is the 3D Sweep Panorama feature. This lets you move your camera in both horizontal and vertical arcs while pressing the shutter button.
The Sony NEX-3 has a control wheel which allows you to easily operate different modes and camera settings.
