I had used this software to upgrade my N73. Since I was facing lots of issue like virus, file saving , blue tooth etc. , I preferred this software as recommended by Nokia. It had updated not only my phone OS but added new mobile software which was unknown to me. It has good facility of integrating with Nokia PC suite which gives us option of which mobile software to install and which not. Good: easy to use, One click updates
Bad: Resource Heavy
The only product available currently to update your Nokia phone. So all I can say is that it is really good at what it does and I have no complains whatsoever about it.
I would certainly with it was less resource hungry though. It appears to run slow even on my Core 2 Duo. Somebody stuck with an old PC and a slow net connection will find that this program really takes it time. The minimum requirements would give you a good idea how this program will tax your old computer.
