    Where to submit links

    I have answered a question in yahoo answers and mentioned a link to IRC. As I read guidelines, I have to submit that url somewhere in IRC also.
    Please guide me 1

    Chitra, The link section in IRC is not active and hence desist yourself from contributing anything just by clicking the link available in IRC.

    However, you can use such links aptly in your reviews or resources you are posting in IRC as external link [a maximum of 2 external links can be allowed per resource / review].
