Canon digital camera

I am planning to buy a digital camera.
My budget is near Rs.10,000 -12,000.
I have seen few canon digital cameras.I liked them but here asking for few reviews or if anyone had used it earlier please tell me is this a good idea to buy Sx 130 or 150.
please tell their good feature or suggest any other if you consider that is better than i mentioned.
