    Hi Members,
    Currently we don't have any payment programs, Contests in IRC. Now we are going to take suggestion from our Members on what kind of payment programs and Contests they looking for?

    Congratulations for the new assignment in IRC. In my opinion, monthly payment if it exceeds Rs 250 should be made.

    IRC can continue partnership share. Also you can conduct reward programmes such as reward for writing good resource on the given topic. It is better to introduce awards like Member of the day, Member of the week and Member of the month which fetch more active users. You can give award to the member who submits more products per day/week/month.

    I would request you to start Member of the Month, Member of the Week and Resource contests. This will help us to contribute and earn some part time money through IRC.
