All the above points mentioned by Achutha are right. However, you cannot keep tracking that you are following all these things in your daily life.

With all the worries, tensions, frustrations, etc in our daily life, just keep your mind calm (relaxed).
Do meditation, prayers, yoga, music, kids, or whatever that makes your mind relax. This will not only improve your memory but also will make you healthy.

Enhance memory is very easy. Don't sleep at late night. Do not take much tension about things. Daily drink at least six liter water. Eat foods on correct time. Do not drink liquer or any type of drugs. Always think positively. Read daily news papers. Morning practicing Yoga is very good to health and also listen music. And have take a teaspoon of Honey every day. It is very good for our brain.
