Hi Amzad,
You can answer any number of questions in yahoo q and a or in any other q and a. But when it comes to submitting links to IRC pages or any other sister site pages, ensure that you don't over do it.
With regard to submitting your answered q and a links to IRC, you can submit 3 answers and 2 blog posts every day.
