what should be the minimum number if points in my account to become eligible for Google Adsense through your site.Also my Google Adsense account has been disabled, can I still participate in Google Adsense?

Hi Mohit,
You may check your "View Profile" in personal page in IRC and ensure that all crieterias completed before applying from IRC, also, you should be at least Gold level, Six months old contributor, and you have enough resources posted in the sites etc.
Since you have mentioned disabled your Google adsense account, you may re-submit after few months to get its approval and it has no issue for re-applying, in case your approved adsense account banned or disabled permanently means has issue in getting it once again.
